The brief for this Yaletown townhome was a complete overhaul of the interiors—from furniture and lighting to décor—to elevate the space to a high-end, contemporary standard. The client’s main goal was to transform their home into an uber-modern, bright, and clean setting that felt aligned with current design trends. The challenge lay in achieving this level of sleek modernity while also instilling a sense of sophisticated west-coast comfort, making the home feel fully realized and ready for hosting.

We defined the aesthetic as luxe minimalism, achieving a polished look through an intentionally neutral palette of whites, creams, and taupe, balanced by warm oak wood finishes. With a subdued furniture scheme, the transformation relied heavily on strategic lighting and curated décor, which were critical in layering the space.
